A Sweet May Day in Copenhagen

I'm finally done with exams and am feeling elated! I was doing the IB program if any of you have heard of it and oh boy is it rigorous! But I am finally done and I do not have to worry about biology or chemistry ever again - hurray! I am feeling a little empty now though so the trip I will be taking with my family to Copenhagen! So I decided to dedicate a style inspiration post to Copenhagen;

Copenhagen street style - from what I've seen online - is simple, elegant and comfortable. It's understandable considering that the city is full of gorgeous gardens and parks and the best way to get around is walking and cycling. 

Especially since I'm going there as a tourist, I thought the best outfits would be comfortable and chic.

Cannes Film Festival Style Update

Oh the beautiful, sunny Cannes with the colorful architecture and gorgeous beaches... And of course the famous Cannes Film Festival! 

On the red carpet on May 11th, I totally fell in love with the grunge-chic look of Lily Donaldson!

The gorgeous model looked absolutely stunning at the premiere of the movie "Cafe Society" in a simple yet detailed and sexy black Saint Laurent gown. She accessorized her outfit with a black choker from Atelier Swarowski.

 

The blond beauty paired her look with a burgundy lip, creating an edgy and stunning look.

A Met Gala Inspired Mother's Day

Mother's Day is a precious day dedicated to loving, caring, diligent and beautiful mother's and I wish all the mothers in this world an elated day with their children. My family celebrated this occasion with a delicious breakfast outdoors and a peaceful walk outside. No matter how simple your celebration is, this day is surely one to cherish!

Style Update Met Gala 2016

The annual, very glamorous and filled with everyone's favorite celebrities Met Gala is back and it's comeback was as striking as ever. The theme of the gala this year was "Manus X Machina: Fashion in an age of technology". While some played it safe with elegant dresses, some funked it up and a few funked it up a little too much!

A May Day in Paris Style Tips

Oh May, oh may... Even though my exams are in May, I still like this month nonetheless. 

Oh Paris, oh Paris.... Though you are a chilly sometimes, I still like you too nonetheless.

So why not combine two lovely things? A May style tips inspired from non other but Paris!
